Description
This full-time, on-site position is an exceptional opportunity for medical professionals who are passionate about women's health and seeking to make a significant impact in a thriving practice environment.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including routine examinations, prenatal care, and advanced treatment options. Collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in enhancing patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine examinations and prenatal care
- Perform surgical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and practices in Ob/Gyn
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Associate-level experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Board certification in Ob/Gyn or eligibility for certification
- Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday
1:5 in-house OB call rotation, Saturdays
Patient Volume: 3 per hour
Facility covers everything from OB/GYN care to fibroid treatments
Experience in advanced minimally invasive surgery
Multi-Disciplinary Team: 13 MDs, 8 APPs
Bilingualism is a bonus
1-3 years of post-residency hospital experience
MIGS training or “grandfathered” status preferred, but not required
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
