What You'll Do

• Design Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP) systems for diverse regional projects.

• Utilize AutoCAD and collaborate with CAD operators for precision and efficiency.

• Manage small to mid-sized projects and assist on large-scale initiatives under principal supervision.

• Prepare permits, proposals, RFIs, load calculations, wiring sizes, construction documents, and reports.

• Apply NEC, building codes, and industry standards throughout all design phases.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior MEP design project experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Preferred: EIT or P.E. certification (not required), experience with large-scale projects (schools, hospitals, VA).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Middletown, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
