Recruiting Manager - Homecare
Position Overview
We are seeking a strong, operations-minded Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and streamline caregiver recruitment across our 10 offices. This role ensures consistency in hiring practices, monitors staffing needs by region, and oversees the end-to-end process from initial application to orientation and hire. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and brings strategic thinking to operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee caregiver recruitment across all offices to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Evaluate which offices need more aides and which have sufficient staffing
- Standardize and implement recruitment workflows across all sites
- Ensure timely processing of applications and coordination of orientations
- Maintain clear communication with coordinators to align hiring with operational needs
- Monitor recruiter performance and productivity across sites
- Solve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth onboarding
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment strategy and metrics
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
- experience in recruitment operations, preferably in healthcare or high-volume hiring environments
- Proven ability to lead multi-site recruitment efforts and standardize processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset — able to evaluate staffing data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage teams across multiple locations
