Assistant Manager

Prior restaurant experience in a supervisory role is a must; seasoned servers, shift leads, managers - all encouraged to apply.
It's more about "fit" than credentials.
*NYDOH and TIPS certification required 14 days from hire, if not already held.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations with intention setting the tone for high-energy, engaged floor service
- Work with GM to achieve operational goals
- Maintain and continuously improve service and operational standards
- Oversee:
- Staff scheduling
- Ordering & inventory management
- Cash handling & controls
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and NYC compliance standards
- Drive team accountability while fostering a positive and professional work environment
