Compensation: $95,000-$135,000 plus equity. Comprehensive healthcare and 401(k) included.

Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years of experience with Python or Go in a production environment.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Go, focusing on high availability and performance.

• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices that are robust, secure, and easy to integrate with frontend applications.

• Optimize database performance and queries to improve response times and overall system efficiency.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features based on user feedback and business needs.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience with Python or Go in a production environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of backend development principles.

• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases, including performance tuning and optimization.

• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ to facilitate communication between services.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker to streamline deployment processes.
