Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Provide patient care utilizing MS/Tele skills
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias effectively
• Engage with Rapid Response/Code teams as required
• Manage peripheral line care
• Administer oxygen via nasal cannula and oxygen tanks
• Employ non-invasive airway management strategies
• Follow isolation precautions and PPE guidelines

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Holds a valid NY State License
• Certified in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum of 1 year of recent related experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of charting systems
