in cross-border & dom. PE finance transactions & liab. mgmt.
transactions, incl. syndicated & priv.-placed leveraged acq. financings,
first & second lien financings, asset-based lending financings,
refinancings, debt restructurings, subscription lines of credit, fund-level
financings. Provide lgl & strat. advice to clients considering or particip.
in these transact. Negotiate, prepare & review primary transact. docs. Oversee
due dilig., signing, closing processes. Advise clients re: ongoing compliance
req’s under financing documentation. $310,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign
equiv., NY Bar, 2 yrs of exp. in position or 2 yrs. of alternate occupational
exp. performing complex financing transaction advisory legal duties. Email
