Outside Sales Representative - Truck Brokerage

education: Associate Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B commercial accounts through cold calling, field canvassing, networking, and warm lead follow-ups.
- Conduct face-to-face consultative sales presentations to business owners, fleet managers, and C-level executives.
- Analyze prospective clients' current fleet logistics, financial structures, and maintenance costs to design tailored full-service lease proposals.
- Manage and grow an assigned territory, executing a strategic plan to maximize market share.
- Act as a long-term transportation consultant, conducting periodic account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Oversee the contract renewal process, negotiating terms to retain existing business before contract expirations.
