Proclinical is seeking a Meeting & Conventions Associate Manager to support the planning and execution of meetings and conventions for key customer groups.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of events. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with frequent travel.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Experience with meeting management services, ideally within the life sciences industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Adherence to onsite policies and procedures.

The Meeting & Conventions Associate Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive meetings and conventions plan tailored to specific customer groups.
• Evaluate options for venues, accommodations, menus, AV needs, and travel, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee all logistics for healthcare professional (HCP) and scientific expert interactions, including invitations, RSVPs, contracts, registration, onsite execution, and post-event close-out.
• Manage convention-related activities such as securing booth space, meeting rooms, AV equipment, and overnight accommodations.
• Create and maintain registration or informational websites using preferred meeting management software.
