Job Description JOB DETAILSBase pay starts $19.50 per hourDay Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Support company Core Values, participate in Safe Work environment, and completes observations * Varying and extreme working conditions outside (Hot, Cold, Rain, Shine) * Inspect equipment for safety * Read and understand a production order * Meet company productivity requirements * Meet company and customer quality requirements * Use crane, forkliftand manual handling of materials, complete proper documentation for materials produced * Good communication with Team, Supervisor, and Management * Standing and walking 8 to 12 hours everyday * Repetitive climbing on and off equipment and ladders Qualifications * understands and competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operation * Includes all line equipment, processes, and procedures * Detail and Quality Oriented * Verifiable Dependability and Energetic * Good Communication Skills * Basic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word) * Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns * Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices * Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist * Forklift and Crane a plus - Must be trainable * Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed * understands and competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operation * Includes all line equipment, processes, and procedures * Detail and Quality Oriented * Verifiable Dependability and Energetic * Good Communication Skills * Basic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word) * Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns * Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices * Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist * Forklift and Crane a plus - Must be trainable * Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed Additional Information Site Address:6168 State Route 233Rome,NY 13440This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
