We are seeking a Client Relations Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing concerns and guiding them through our services. This contract role runs through June 2026 and pays $25-26.50/hour. Hybrid (Brentwood, NY) – 1–2 days in office Work Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM- 6 PM
What you’ll do:

Support clients via phone and email, resolving inquiries and providing updates.

Plan and manage proxy and interim distributions for shareholder bases.

Build and maintain client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.

Partner with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Track project progress, monitor reports, and provide timely updates to clients.

Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and escalate issues when needed.

Work independently with moderate guidance while understanding key business drivers.
Qualifications:

2–3 years of client-facing experience.

Background in project management, event planning, or account management is ideal.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic Access.
