General Manager – Fast-Growing Hospitality Group
Location: New York City / Chelsea
Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Health Care Benefits + PTO
Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead one of our high-performing New York City locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and who is driven to lead by example, develop teams, and elevate guest experiences.
You’ll work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations while embodying the values of excellence, accountability, and hospitality. This role offers tremendous potential for growth within a respected and expanding restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of day-to-day front-of-house operations , ensuring excellence in service, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee, train, and inspire a high-performing team , fostering a culture of respect, care, and professionalism.
Conduct regular walkthroughs, review operational reports, and provide coaching to maintain the highest standards of consistency and efficiency.
Uphold and protect exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with NYC health regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
Build strong guest relationships and actively represent the brand in the local community.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and executive team to ensure operational harmony and maintain the restaurant’s core values and vision.
Monitor labor targets, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs while maintaining team balance.
Oversee cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting with precision and integrity.
Support the professional growth and development of all staff members through individualized coaching and training.
3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-casual, QSR, or high-volume restaurant environment.
Proven leadership ability to motivate, train, and retain strong teams.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and cost controls.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
NYC Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Hands-on leader with a focus on both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $80,000–$85,000
