Snow Operations Team Member
Benson Enterprises is a well-established landscape design/build company serving the Greater Rochester area for over 35 years. We’re seeking dependable Snow Operations Crew Members to support our snow and ice management operations during the winter while contributing to landscape work throughout the rest of the year.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for full-time, year-round employment with a primary focus on winter operations.What You’ll Get
- Pay: $19.50–$25/hour
- 20% premium pay for snow plowing
- $1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Snow plowing, shoveling, and ice management during winter
- Landscape maintenance during spring, summer, and fall
- Operating trucks, plows, and snow equipment
- Responding reliably to snow events
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work outdoors year-round, including winter conditions
- Dependable and responsive during snow events
- Ability to perform physical work
- Valid Driver’s License required for plow operators
