Part-Time HR Coordinator

Pay Rate: $35/hour
Schedule: Part-Time
A well-known organization is seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing administrative support across various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interviews and assist with recruitment activities.
- Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Support HR projects and provide general administrative assistance.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR coordination or HR administrative experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
