This is a phone-heavy Legal Receptionist role where you will manage a steady flow of inbound calls while maintaining a calm, polished, and professional presence.

Responsibilities
• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls
• Route calls accurately and professionally
• Maintain a calm and courteous front desk presence
• Assist with scheduling and office coordination
• Complete repetitive administrative tasks with consistency
• Maintain organization and accurate tracking throughout the day
• Communicate clearly in English and conversational Spanish

Qualifications
• 1+ year of previous office experience
• Experience handling high call volume
• Scheduling experience
• Strong typing and writing skills
• Comfortable with basic technology
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in English and conversational Spanish required
• Excellent communication skills
• Polished, polite, and professional demeanor
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Dependable and responsible
• Stable work history
