Manager corporate strategy

Manager, Corporate Portfolio Strategy (multiple openings), IQVIA Inc., New York, NY. May telecommute (work from home) within commuting distance of the NY, NY office to be able to attend meetings or work on site when needed, often on short notice. Plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Execute high-quality research and analysis. Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations. Utilize experience and expertise in a broad range of project types including but not limited to: portfolio management, strategy development and process design, asset strategy including life cycle planning, therapeutic area strategy, forecasting, valuation, organizational redesign. Utilize deep understanding of oncology, with a specific focus on non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer and other related solid tumors. Utilize experience with a broad range of data-sets including IQVIA Midas, channel dynamics, LAAD data and related tools. Develop client relationships through face-to-face discussions and workshops and telephone and email contact. Support the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements. Support development of proposals. Identify opportunities for follow-on work and new leads. Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market. Coach project team members and junior staff and support them to fulfill their personal objectives. Lead learning, development, and recruiting activities. Contribute to and support on a range of C&PS internal initiatives including IQ-IDEA and AI forecasting. May supervise 1-4 employees (Associate, Associate Consultant, or Consultant) on occasion depending on the project. M-F, 8 am - 5 pm EST, dependent on project and team availability and milestones. Salary Range: $189,900 - $273,800/year. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires if Bachelor's, four (4) years or if Master's, two (2) years project management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry to include (with Bachelor's 4 years and with Master's 2 years): team leadership; research and analysis; public speaking; business development; thought leadership; and methodologies and tools such as sensitivity, or monte carlo analysis, scenario planning and organizational model design tools (Lucidsparks or Lexchart) and frameworks (RACI, Workflow or 7S) and AI/ML oncology methodologies. Requires 10% international and 40% domestic travel to attend face-to-face client meetings on projects, multi-day internal trainings, and internal project meetings as applicable.
