Independent Investment Banker

Whether you are experienced or new to the investment banking profession Opes supports those who need to affiliate with a FINRA broker dealer in order to raise capital and close private placement deals. Partnering with an existing platform allows you to get started immediately, provides sponsorship for FINRA exams and reduces the cost of the regulatory and operational infrastructure.
The working relationship can be tailored to your needs:
** If you are an experienced banker you may choose to originate and close your own deals and mostly leverage the platform for compliance purposes.
** If you are less experienced or have fewer tools in certain areas our team can help to find clients, capital sources and help to develop/refine transaction materials.
** You may also find that having a network of fellow bankers on the platform promotes information exchange and may help you to close deals faster.
** Access to Pitchbook and other data systems can be made available at a reduced cost.
** More in person contact and improved pricing than is currently available at your existing sponsor may be available.
