The role:
This person will be assisting with administrative duties in the office while also helping to support one of the Partners in the firm.
- Calendaring
- Processing NDAs
- Setting up boardrooms for meetings
- Booking travel for 1 Partner, handling expenses
- Event coordination
- Stocking fridge/coffee etc.
- Ad hoc projects
