Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Pharmacy Technician for an exciting Travel or Local job in Tompkins County, NY.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and dispense medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist
Accurately input prescription and medication information into the pharmacy system
Label, package, and organize medications in compliance with applicable standards
Receive shipments, stock supplies, and maintain accurate inventory levels
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and institutional guidelines
Support daily pharmacy workflows and assist with administrative duties as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) preferred or as required by New York State
Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care pharmacy setting preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
