Talent Acquisition & Training Manager

Listen & Feel Hospitality Groups is a premier, multi-brand hospitality group experiencing rapid growth. We currently own and operate 6+ restaurant concepts, with an aggressive pipeline to launch additional locations. We build exceptional guest experiences across distinct brands, driven by culinary excellence and robust operational standards.
As our Talent Acquisition & Training Manager, you will lead our hiring and onboarding efforts. You will partner with our existing team to build a recruitment pipeline that attracts top-tier hospitality talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing General Managers, Assistant Managers, Head Chefs, bartenders, servers and hourly team members across all locations. This is not a traditional corporate desk job. You will be deeply embedded in our local hospitality scene, identifying talent, and ensuring that our unique company culture is felt from the very first interview.Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all venues, including job posting, active sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and offer letters.
- Proactively build a pipeline of management talent (GMs, Sous Chefs, AGM candidates) to eliminate vacancy gaps and support new restaurant launches.
- Leverage creative recruiting channels, including social media, local networking, and industry events to find passive talent.
- Ensure every new team member is thoroughly trained on our brand standards, service steps, and corporate compliance before their first floor shift.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on high-volume restaurant, hotel, or hospitality hiring.
- Deep understanding of the local restaurant landscape, front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) roles, and regional competitive pay rates.
- Proven experience managing massive hiring pushes (e.g., executing "grand opening" staffing plans for new restaurant venues).
- Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and interviewing skills, with the ability to represent the company passionately to candidates.
