User Communications Designer
- Develop original designs and templates to support campaigns
- Support design requests, providing scalable design support (templates, customizable assets), and optimize designs based on performance and insights
- Share best practices and learnings from recent projects with cross-functional content teams
- Make recommendations to improve our communications through optimized content, using insights and data
- Directly manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues
- Work with Global User Communications Design Manager to learn and apply best practices Qualifications
- 4-year degree in graphic design or related field
- 2+ years work experience as a graphic designer or related position and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
- Solid understanding of creative excellence and best in class tactics by channel
- Excellent typographic skills; Video and motion graphic skills are a plus
- Understanding of design elements: color, composition as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends
- Ability to flex across a broad range of creative styles
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail
- Team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization
- Passionate about entertainment and digital content; Knowledge of the media landscape and major trends in the industry
- Solid understanding of the TikTok user experience
