Position Summary

Dresup is seeking two - three motivated Field Sales Representatives to develop and expand our sales presence across beauty supply stores, retailers, convenience stores, and local distributors throughout NYC and nearby regions.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong relationships in the beauty supply and wig retail channel, knowledge of community-based beauty markets, and proven success in door-to-door B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits to shops, beauty stores, mini-marts, and cosmetic boutiques to present and sell products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
• Provide product demonstrations, distribute samples, deliver displays, and support promotional activities
• Negotiate in-store placement and retail programs
• Meet monthly sales targets and provide weekly reporting
• Coordinate with logistics/operations to support timely order fulfillment
• Represent the brand at community events, trade shows, and pop-ups when required

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field sales or in-store selling experience in beauty, wigs, or cosmetic
• Existing network within independent beauty-supply and wig retail markets (preferred)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Bilingual capability (e.g., English + Spanish, Haitian Creole, or other locally spoken languages) is a plus
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Must be based in NYC and able to travel daily across boroughs
