Associate Level – $120,000.00 - $140,000.00

Partner Level – $140,000.00 - $200,000.00

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Attorneys to join our growing Labor & Employment, Trusts & Estates, Civil Litigation, and Family and Matrimonial practice groups in our Rochester, New York office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role, attorneys will have the opportunity to provide exceptional legal representation to clients across a variety of matters, ensuring the highest level of professionalism, diligence, and client service. You will:

• Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Create strategies to resolve disputes efficiently and with care
• Develop case strategies and manage cases

Compensation & Benefits:

• Performance-based bonuses of up to 60% of base salary

Requirements:

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and drafting skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State
• Excellent communication and client relations skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting
• A commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence
