Receiving Coordinator

education: High School Responsibilities
- Verify, Identify, Sort, Count and Track all material in the warehouse.
- Coordinate the workflow of the Receiving clerks
- Coordinate data entry to the Inventory Management System
- Establish policies and procedures at the Door Management Level
- Maintain and assist Management in the recycling of material in the Warehouse
- Performs daily and weekly material warehouse audits ensuring that material is maintained neatly and undamaged throughout the warehouse.
- Verifiy that estimates of the quantity of material delivered are accurate and that information on the job is entered into the Warehouse Management System.
- Audit all system input to ensure accuracy
- Ensure that all materials and documents received in the warehouse are of satisfactory quality
- Maintain daily reporting documentation.
- Assist in developing new policies and procedures.
- Helps train new associates, assists in evaluating staff, and provides coaching as needed.
- Interacts with other departments to provide pertinent warehouse information.
- Assists in overseeing receiving floor operations
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work 5:00 pm - 5:00 am and weekends during high volume periods
