We’re looking for a Branding Specialist with a strong design sensibility to join us. You’ll help shape and execute visual identities across client projects — from concept to collateral — with a sharp eye and creative flexibility. Bonus if you love illustration, hand-drawn elements, or visual storytelling that goes beyond the grid.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute brand identities, from logo to typography, color palettes, iconography, and beyond
• Create visual brand systems that flex across digital, print, packaging, and environments
• Support brand strategy through moodboards, creative directions, and brand toolkits
• Design collateral for web, social, menus, signage, and more — always aligned to the core brand
• Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and other designers to deliver polished, thoughtful work
• If you illustrate: create custom graphics or character/icon systems to enrich brand stories

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have 2–3+ years of experience in brand identity or graphic design (agency or freelance)
• Have a refined, versatile aesthetic and understand how to design within a brand system
• Can create visual identities that are both conceptually strong and highly functional
• Are confident in Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma a plus
• Bonus: Illustration skills — digital or hand-drawn — are a big plus
• Are independent, communicative, and able to meet deadlines in a flexible work environment

The Details:

• Type: Part-Time or Remote Contract
• Hours: 16–24 hours/week with flexible scheduling
• Location: Remote-friendly (ideally with some EST overlap)
• Compensation:

— Hourly Rate: $20-30/hour, depending on experience and skill set

— For larger identity projects, flat project fees may be discussed

— Candidates with illustration and/or 3D IP design experience may be considered at the higher end of the range
