Kickstart your manufacturing career with us! We’re looking for motivated individuals to join the 1st shift at our clean, well-organized facility near Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. No prior experience required we provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed.

Shift & Pay:Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Starting at $16.00/hour with weekly pay

What You’ll Do:Load and unload production machines safely and efficiently
Operate assembly and lamination equipment with attention to detail
Inspect, label, and package products to meet quality standards
Record production and inspection data accurately
Keep your work area clean and safe
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work collaboratively with your team and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For:Reliable transportation (no bus access)
Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
Willingness to learn and follow instructions in English
Dependable with strong attendance and a team-focused attitude
