Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the company’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote brand awareness, support sales growth, and strengthen the company’s position within the marketplace. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Essential Functions
Marketing and Business Development
· Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional programs that support company goals and business growth.
· Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
· Coordinate marketing initiatives across product lines to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
· Support product pricing, catalog development, packaging, and other product marketing activities.
· Identify and pursue channel marketing opportunities to expand market reach and customer engagement.
Advertising and Communications
· Manage advertising, public relations, and promotional activities.
· Create, review, and approve marketing content, catalogs, brochures, and other marketing materials.
· Assist in the development of media plans and marketing presentations.
· Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, agencies, and media partners.
· Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, exhibitions, and customer-facing functions.
Reporting and Leadership
· Utilize CRM systems and marketing data to generate reports, evaluate program performance, and identify business opportunities.
· Monitor marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and adherence to budget objectives.
· Recruit, train, supervise, and develop marketing staff.
· Plan and assign work, oversee departmental schedules and workloads, and evaluate employee performance.
· Address employee performance concerns and administer disciplinary action, including termination, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Perform other related duties assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Five (5) or more years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a business-to-business environment.
· Experience with CRM platforms.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related marketing software.
· Ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and all levels of management.
Salary
· $91,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
