Now You’re Talking, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is ready to make a meaningful impact with children and families in our community.

We are a busy pediatric speech therapy practice in Stony Point, NY , serving children with a wide range of communication, feeding, myofunctional, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs. We are looking for someone who brings clinical skill, warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for helping children find their voice.

We’re looking for an SLP who is:

Licensed and experienced in pediatric speech-language therapy

Confident with evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and parent education

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for pediatric clients with a variety of communication disorders.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and plan-of-care updates.
• Educate, coach, and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover of therapy goals at home.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and other professionals as appropriate.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure coordinated, child-centered care.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and best practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and New York State licensure requirements through continuing education.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and ethical practice in accordance with ASHA's Code of Ethics and all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for children and their families.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the continued growth and success of the practice.
