About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and technically strong Senior Product Manager, Salesforce to join Roku’s growing Revenue Operations organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end product strategy, roadmap execution, and scalable solutions across Salesforce and its connected ecosystem of internal applications.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Operations, Account Management, Finance, Ad Product, and Engineering teams to translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce solutions that improve workflows, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, a strong technical product management background, and preferably experience supporting Ad Sales or Media businesses. You thrive in ambiguity, balance long-term platform vision with short-term delivery, and can effectively bridge business requirements with technical execution. You are confident challenging assumptions, influencing Engineering toward the best long-term solutions, and providing leadership-level visibility into Salesforce initiatives.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Salesforce Platform under Revenue Operations.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $174,000 - $195,000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with business and engineering leaders to define the Salesforce product vision and roadmap aligned to Roku’s Ad Sales strategy.

  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and solution designs that prioritize scalability, performance, and user experience.

  • Serve as a Salesforce solution architect and product owner for enterprise-level initiatives that impact multiple connected systems downstream.

  • Drive Engineering teams toward optimal, scalable solutions — asking the right questions, challenging design approaches, and ensuring alignment to business logic and Salesforce best practices.

  • Write extremely detailed business and technical requirements, including acceptance criteria, data logic, and process specifications that guide successful development.

  • Lead cross-functional discovery sessions, perform process mapping, and identify opportunities for workflow automation and platform optimization.

  • Manage the agile product lifecycle—from backlog prioritization and sprint planning through UAT and release enablement.

  • Conduct gap analyses of current vs. future-state processes, develop prototypes or mockups, and validate solutions with business stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering on design reviews, ensuring solutions follow Salesforce platform best practices and maintain data integrity.

  • Evaluate dependencies and technical impacts on integrated internal tools and downstream systems, ensuring stable end-to-end functionality.

  • Present solutions and program updates to leadership, providing transparency into roadmap progress and business impact.

  • Lead change management efforts: develop training materials, conduct enablement sessions, and drive adoption of new features and enhancements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Salesforce Sales Cloud and related products, contributing to overall platform governance and strategy.

  • Provide ongoing guidance to stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices to support scalable, sustainable system design.

  • Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and issues—driving resolution and ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on configuration and solution architecture.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Solution Owner in a complex, cross-functional environment.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, automation tools (Flows, Apex, Integration APIs), and data modeling.

  • Experience working in or supporting Ad Sales, Media, or Digital Advertising organizations.

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to provide data logic, process flow, and functional specifications to guide development.

  • Comfortable influencing and challenging Engineering teams to ensure the right long-term technical decisions are made.

  • Confident communicator who can present to leadership and provide clear, actionable guidance to stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success delivering Salesforce solutions using agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Ad Sales, Media, or Digital Advertising with understanding of related workflows and data structures.

  • Salesforce Consulting background, with proven ability to design scalable enterprise solutions.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certifications.
