General Manager

We're looking for a General Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for people, hospitality, and events. We are a cocktail forward venue that cares about our large events as much as we do the neighbors of Greenpoint that we host daily. We are a team and want our internal culture to be reflected outward to guests as well. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, fair, fun but also the adult in the room.

Job Description

• Minimum 2 years experience in management.
• Service and hospitality orientated.
• Must be hands on during weekend service and events.
• Availability on nights and weekends
• Employee must perform opening and closing duties required of them
• Must be knowledgeable about the food menu and the basic allergies associated with
• Must be personable and engaging with guests.
• Professional verbiage and a positive attitude are required.
• Must be able to efficiently delegate tasks to the FOH team in an appropriate and professional manner.
• Must be able to multitask while remaining calm in high stress situations.
• Must have superior communication skills..
• Must be willing to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Position will require the employee to climb up and down stairs multiple times throughout a shift
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the venue
• Must be able to bartend

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00+ based on experience and role fit)
