Full-time, Monday–Friday. Candidates must include preferred shift and desired location in their resume.

Shift options:

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST

• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST

• 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST

• 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Weekday/Weekend Option:

• Mon–Wed: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

• Sat & Sun: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

• Provide inbound phone support to patients and physician offices

• Achieve first-call resolution while delivering excellent customer service

• Coordinate medication deliveries and manage copay collections

• Triage calls to appropriate internal teams

• Handle protected health information accurately and professionally

• Support clinical and operational teams as needed

• High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)

• Active Pharmacy Technician license or Board of Pharmacy registration (required)

• PTCB certification preferred

• Mandatory attendance during the first 90 days

• Previous pharmacy or call center experience is a plus

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

This is a contract assignment with potential to convert based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
