Allpro Staffing & Consulting is hiring experienced BSN-prepared Registered Nurses to join a government-supported healthcare initiative focused on improving quality of care in long-term care and nursing home facilities across Long Island.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs, Nurse Managers, and former Directors of Nursing (DONs) who want flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and the chance to make a real impact in healthcare.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate resident care using structured assessment tools
- Identify compliance concerns and areas needing improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and facility leadership
- Assist with quality improvement and corrective action initiatives
- Provide recommendations to strengthen care delivery and operations
- Support facilities in maintaining high standards of patient care
Work Alongside a Multidisciplinary Team

- Facility Administrators
Qualifications
Required:
- Active New York State RN License
- BSN Degree REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- Long-term care or nursing home experience
Preferred:
- Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing (DON) background
- Quality Improvement (QI), compliance, or survey experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently at multiple facilities
