About the Opportunity
1 Michelin starred restaurant HUSO, by Marky's Caviar and two time Top Chef winner Buddha Lo in the heart of Tribeca is looking for an experienced Host/Hostess to join our team. Work experience in a Michelin-level establishment is a plus!
Position Summary
As a Host at HUSO/Marky's Caviar Tribeca you will assist retail and restaurant customers, answer phone calls and email inquiries, as well as manage reservations and Notify requests via Resy. As an ambassador of the brand you will be held to the highest standards of luxury fine-dining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers over the phone (advise on reservation availability, manage Resy availability)
- Answer reservation emails
- Confirm reservations, allergies, special occasions via email and Resy chat feature
- Provide friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to management as needed
Additionally, you will help maintain retail store front, assist retail guests, and be fully educated on Marky’s Caviar gourmet selection (especially Caviar).
We are closed on most major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
