Food Processing Production Manager
· Management of the Production team on a day to day basis
· Management of the direct spend associated with production
Key Responsibilities
1. Efficiently execute the production schedule
2. Develop and maintain efficient SOPs in collaboration with the site engineers
3. Develop and maintain qualified personnel within the plant production department, both supervision and operators
4. Communicate and enforce regulatory & Kerry standards within the plant
5. Drive operational efficiency initiatives
6. Manage the plant production department within budget.
7. Positive working environment driving a continuous improvement theme
8. Work in collaboration with HSE officer to ensure a safe working environment
9. Responsible for manufacturing product to specification
10. Responsible for minimizing losses
11. Ensure food safety programs are instituted and followed
12. Management through KPIs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Food or Pharma Processing: 7 years (Required)
- Management: 5 years (Preferred)
