Sales Associate
Responsibilities: Prepare sales reports, update client records, and maintain organized documentation of all sales activities Support the sales team with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials for client meetings Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays in the showroom to showcase new arrivals and bestsellers, ensuring a visually appealing presentation for visiting clients Conduct regular inventory monitoring, and update stock availability to maintain optimal inventory for sales Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and accuracy in inventory records Review sales orders details, and coordinate with the Production and shipping teams to ensure prompt fulfillment Monitor and update order statuses, proactively communicating with Production any changes or delays Qualifications: 1 - 3 years experience in office work setting High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, or related field a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity Gmail and Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Photos) a must Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Interest in men’s fashion and product merchandising is highly desirable
