Job Overview: As a Polisher , you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for all glassware, silverware, and plateware used in the restaurant. In addition, you will support the team by keeping front-of-house guest areas—including restrooms—spotless, fully stocked, and presentable at all times. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in supporting a smooth and professional dining operation.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment
- Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks (bending, lifting, reaching)
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays shifts
