Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, bilingual (preferred), and possess excellent communication skills. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone entering the premises
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using professional phone etiquette
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.
- Assist with clerical duties.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong typing skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls confidently
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively
- Experience in a medical receptionist roles is a plus, including calendar management for appointments
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software and general office procedures like filing and record keeping
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
This is a part time position, evenings and weekends required. Medspa experience preferred.
Pay: From $1.00 per hour
