  • Help set up and maintain the training environment, including equipment and facilities.
  • Track athletes’ progress using basic performance metrics (e.g., shooting %, agility drills, etc.).
  • Contribute to athlete assessments and offer input on training plans and improvements.
  • Foster a positive, focused, and supportive atmosphere during all training sessions.

Optional/Additional Responsibilities (Admin & Customer Service):

If you have experience or interest in administrative or customer-facing roles, you may also:

  • Assist with scheduling, booking, and client communication.
  • Help manage athlete check-ins and respond to inquiries.
  • Support record-keeping, client onboarding, and other organizational tasks.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Competitive basketball playing experience (college or professional).
  • Strong passion for the game and for athlete development.
  • Clear communicator with great interpersonal skills; able to work with athletes of various ages and skill levels.
  • Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback.
  • Self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours (evenings/weekends included).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Prior coaching or training experience.
  • Experience in admin, customer service, or front desk roles.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.

Compensation & Hours:

  • Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience).
  • Schedule: 10–15 hours/week for training; additional hours available for admin/customer service if qualified.
  • Location: Pearl River, NY

How to Apply:

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected] explaining:
