The Customer Service Admin supports a small customer service team by managing customer support tasks, data entry, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations. This behind-the-scenes role primarily utilizes proprietary databases, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms to maintain effective customer follow-up and internal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through communication platforms
  • Perform accurate data entry using proprietary databases
  • Manage scheduling for customer service activities
  • Maintain consistent communication within the team and with customers
  • Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
