Draft Beverage & Heat Pump Maintenance Technician (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Position Overview

We Clean Heat Pumps is expanding and seeking a Draft Beverage & Heat Pump Maintenance Technician , with draft beverage system service as the primary focus .

This role is ideal for someone with experience in draft beverage systems , and candidates with installation experience will be prioritized . Heat pump cleaning experience is not required—we will train you—but a strong technical mindset, reliability, and excellent customer service are essential.

Role BreakdownPrimary Focus: Draft Beverage Systems

• Cleaning and maintaining draft beer and beverage systems
• Diagnosing flow issues, contamination, and performance problems
• Ensuring proper system function, quality pours, and line integrity
• Communicating clearly with bar managers, staff, and owners
• Representing the company professionally in hospitality environments

Applicants with experience installing draft beverage systems will be strongly prioritized , as this skill set adds significant value to our service offering.

Secondary Focus: Heat Pump Maintenance

• Performing deep cleaning of indoor and outdoor mini-split systems
• Learning specialized tools and techniques (we will train you)
• Protecting indoor air quality and system efficiency

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple service locations per day (restaurants, homes, commercial spaces)
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Arrive on time and prepared at each job site
• Perform detailed, technical cleanings of draft systems and heat pumps
• Maintain clean, organized tools and workspace
• Document work and communicate any issues or recommendations

Who You Are

• Experienced with draft beverage systems (required/preferred)
• Installation experience strongly preferred and prioritized
• Strong customer service instincts—comfortable interacting with clients daily
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Detail-oriented with pride in your work
• Comfortable working independently or in a small team
• Physically capable and confident working in varied environments

A background in the service or hospitality industry is highly valuable.

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using ladders and working in tight or finished spaces
• Ability to safely handle tools and equipment in high-end environments
• Willingness to learn technical cleaning methods and systems
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving ability

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Smartphone suitable for work use
• Background check required (entering private homes and businesses)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
