Project Manager - Ground Up Residential (wood-framing needed!)
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role is responsible for driving safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion
- Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors and consultants
- Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
- Review drawings and specs for constructibility
- Lead MEP coordination and punch list completion
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Background in construction management, engineering, or architecture preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore and AutoCAD preferred
