Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients at the front desk
- Collect payments and update patient demographic information
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance and handle basic administrative tasks
- Manage incoming faxes, documents, and medical forms
- Maintain patient records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (scheduling systems, email, Microsoft Office)
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Bilingual (English / Chinese ) preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
