Sous Chef
Winner of Michelin Bib Gourmand, we run an ambitious kitchen headed by Chef Chung Chow. We are looking for a Sous Chef with a minimum 4 years experience in a full service restaurant, with at least 2 years working on the hot line.
Well versed in Asian flavors, and must have good working knowledge of many cooking techniques.
Candidates will be required to do a cooking trial after their interview.
