Candidates with experience in any of these areas are encouraged to apply.If you have experience working with CNC equipment and a passion for precision manufacturing, we want to hear from you!Open Roles Include * CNC Operator * CNC Programmer * CNC Set-Up Technician * CNC Machinist * CNC Lathe Set-Up * CNC Boring Mill Operator/Set-UpKey Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, boring mills) * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications * Program CNC machines (G-code, CAM software as needed) * Perform machine adjustments and tool changes * Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools * Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements * Maintain a safe and organized work environmentQualifications * Experience in one or more CNC roles listed above * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * Familiarity with G-code programming (for Programmer roles) * Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and/or boring mills * Strong attention to detail and quality standards * Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools * High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)Preferred Experience * Multi-axis machining experience * CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) * Experience with tight tolerance manufacturing * Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or precision machining [email protected] Estimated Min Rate: $22.00 Estimated Max Rate: $37.00 What's In It for You?
