Product Manager Summer Intern, Stats & Insights
At GameChanger, we help the youth sports community Live the Game Like Never Before.
We believe youth sports change lives — on and off the field — and we're building the home of youth sports to support every coach, athlete, family member, and fan along the way. Every product decision we make is designed to elevate the next generation through sports. We are a remote-first, dynamic technology company based in New York City solving meaningful challenges across youth sports — and this summer, we're bringing together a highly intentional cohort of interns to help build what's next. About the Internship Program: Our Summer 2026 Internship Program is a 10-week, fully onsite experience in NYC (June 1–August 7, 2026). This is not a shadowing program. As a GameChanger intern, you'll:- Work on real, high-impact projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Be paired with a dedicated mentor
- Build and ship meaningful work
- Present your results during our Final Demo Day
We've intentionally designed a smaller cohort (12 interns) to provide strong mentorship, meaningful ownership, and real exposure to how we build and ship at scale.
The Position: GameChanger is looking for a product management intern who is motivated, curious and interested in solving real-world problems for users of our scorekeeping and stats features. As a product management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in product discovery, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll contribute to active product initiatives by supporting user research, defining requirements, analyzing data, and helping shape experiments that inform product direction and growth. Over the course of the internship, you will also own a defined research or product project end-to-end, developing recommendations that directly influence product strategy. During this internship, you will report to one of our senior product managers. What You'll Work On:- Deliver value to GameChanger's customers and business, contributing on projects from discovery to launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teammates in engineering, design, QA, data and marketing
- Perform research, from interviewing users to data analysis, to inform strategy and help identify new opportunities
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data, or related field
- Exposure to product management practices, including user research, writing product requirements, data analysis, defining success metrics or experimentation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly articulate problems, tradeoffs, and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in leadership positions and success working in a team setting
- Experience with baseball and softball data analysis
- 10 weeks of hands-on experience on a product used by millions.
- $40 per hour pay for your contributions.
- Housing in Manhattan covered by GameChanger.
- Round-trip travel to/from NYC covered.
- A MacBook for the duration of the internship.
- Mentorship from experienced leaders.
- Exposure to executive leadership.
- The opportunity to be considered for future full-time roles.
This summer, you won't just observe — you'll build, ship, collaborate, and present work that matters. At GameChanger, we're helping families Live the Game Like Never Before — and we can't wait to see what you'll build with us.
