Platform Enablement (Everest)
Drive adoption and integration of the Everest platform for new and existing teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational continuity.
Coordinate with business and technology partners to manage dependencies, impacts, and readiness for rollout.

Design and optimize SQL solutions to improve data flows, query performance, and reporting for investment professionals.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support accurate, timely, and high-quality data movement across platforms.
Follow best practices for database security, reliability, and performance tuning.
Stakeholder Partnership
Work directly with investment teams to understand workflows, identify pain points, and deliver technological solutions that enhance user experience and outcomes.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
What You’ll Bring:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent practical experience.
3-4 years of relevant experience in application development with hands-on SQL and either Python or .NET.
Working knowledge of ETL concepts (data movement, validation, scheduling, and monitoring).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, delivery-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Tableau or similar BI/data visualization tools.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
Familiarity with DevOps tooling and CI/CD concepts (e.g., Git, Jenkins, or similar).
