Job DescriptionUX/UI Designer Position OverviewOur client is the UX Design & Research team of a global tech leader seeking a UX Designer. This is a 1-year 40 hours/week assignment with likely extension that will be onsite the Manhattan or Moutainview, CA office. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end design initiatives, including ideation, user flows, wireframes, visual design, and detailed specifications. * Deliver high-quality, user-centered product experiences across multiple platforms with a focus on simplicity, consistency, and innovation. * Apply and evolve design systems to create scalable, cohesive user experiences. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, researchers, marketers, designers) to define problems and deliver polished solutions. * Drive alignment and consensus through clear communication and exploratory design. * Incorporate research insights and usability testing into design decisions. * Contribute to design culture through mentorship, collaboration, and feedback.Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in UX, UI, and product design for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise-level products. * Strong prototyping skills and proficiency in design systems. * Ad-tech experience * Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. * Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy and execution. * Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and high-quality craft.Bonus * Multi-platform product design (mobile + TV or connected ecosystems) * Multi-language product experience * User research facilitation * Familiarity with AI-enhanced user experiences or contextual design patternsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
