Engine/Heavy Equipment Mechanic
A landscaping company in Dutchess County looking for full time EXPERIENCED Mechanic to: Diagnose, Repair and Perform Preventative Maintenance on wide range of Equipment. Help out the current mechanic in the shop during storms and peak times.
Responsibilites:
- Service and adjust small engines, gas engines, diesel trucks, heavy equipment, snow equipment, lawn mowers, blowers, chain saws, weedwackers, etc.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Diesel Engines, Hydraulic Systems, Irrigation Feeders and Associated Landscaping Machinery.
- Some road service will be required. Must have clean driver's license.
- Must have own tools. Must be team player with exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be able to follow direction and possibly work independently.
