Full Stack Developer (AWS)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Angular and Python to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-level solutions, collaborating with business users, and delivering scalable applications in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience in cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and capital markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and deliverables within the team to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations staff, and peers to gather and understand business and technical requirements.
• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-performing applications aligned with the organization's technology stack and business objectives.
• Implement features across the full stack (frontend and backend), following best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct application walkthroughs, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to team members and support staff.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Angular experience in an enterprise environment, including complete software development lifecycle exposure.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development (Flask/Django preferred).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda).
• Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Solid understanding of unit and integration testing frameworks and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in the capital markets or financial services industry is a strong plus.
