What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer shipments from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Negotiate rates with our extensive network of truckload carriers
- Provide competitive, strategic pricing to customers
- Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve issues proactively
- Maintain detailed shipment records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics/ transportation/ supply chain
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A team player who’s ready to grow with an expanding company
